Find the time, respect, money and joi de vivre to eat food that will SATISFY you, not just leave you, momentarily, content like a rat gorged on coke. One consumes this food and is content with it, immediately content and satiated, like a rat in a maze where s/he has no time to turn all the corners, buy any ingredients, whip up a Michael Pollan meal or kick in the cultural rat capital to go to Le Petit Bar instead and say hi to Shannon and nibble great charcuterie (a more refined salt and fat blast), no and know, these rat-you creatures are utterly satiated and grinning cell to cell to cell from the McHit but a half hour later they feel dirty. But in the neverland of today The mindful moment of biting the still available but hidden Big Mac? Oh, sweet glory of gluten-y God! The holy trifecta of sugar, salt and fat. The arteries will do something sideways arteries should not do, and then, too late. That's just to say, wow, the banality of the grease strip! Good people suck bad-good food. The guy who owns this, actually, is a wonderful person (do not know how he treats his workers, but we can infer how the McSystem does). Salt, Sugar, Fat book is for anyone who eats, or has ever eaten, any processed food at all.
